My Background

My professional background began in Communications, where I used my talent for writing, speaking, and leadership to write about video games, run a freestyle podcast, and serve as a senior editor. My interest in design led me to bring those skills into Web, VUI, and User Experience, where I get to affect the subtle ways in which the things we see and use help us do what we want to do.

I’ve been lucky to have had the opportunity to collaborate on some exciting projects, and build relationships with clients large and small. I am proud of my ability to adapt to the challenges I've found and grow stronger because of them. Hard work eventually pays off, and I will achieve my goals.

Interpreted business and user requirements to establish design objectives and constraints, and conduct thorough program testing to ensure they are met.
Developed user-centered design flows and dialogue for speech-enabled and touch tone IVR, SMS, and mobile/web interactions that optimized the user experience, outlined detailed systems logic, created a professional, helpful client image, and addressed client needs
